The restaurant of Pousada Zé Maria is an attraction in itself. The vast lounge is open daily for lunch and dinner, from 12am to 11:30pm, and receives not only guests, but also any visitor of the island who wants to taste the delicacies of the extensive and creative menu. The options are many and range from salads to sandwiches, sun-dried meat to fantastic seafood dishes, Northeastern food, in addition to exotic dishes, being served by a specially trained team to make your meal a joyful and special occasion.
Every Wednesday and Saturday, from 8pm, there is the famous Zé Maria Gastronomic Festival. At the time it is served a rich banquet with dozens of dishes to please all palates, especially the paella, various fish, shrimp and other seafood, in addition to bread flour, jack-fruit rice, meat, pasta, salads and Japanese food, with fresh fish fished by Zé Maria. After eating, those present are invited to enjoy the wonderful desserts, including pies, cakes, mousses, fruit salads, and other options.

On the nights of Thursday, in addition to the a la carte menu, we also have a pizza night, with thin dough, crispy, fresh, and with various combinations of your choice, including sweet. It can be served either a la carte or in the rodizio style.
HACHI SUSHI BAR
There are colorful and delicious cocktails, sushi and sashimi that are the perfect combination with the Zen life of the island.
Served from 6:30 to 10:30am, the breakfast is full of fruits and tropical juices, freshly made tapiocas with the filling chosen by the guest, cakes, pies, breads, jams, cheeses, and fresh cold cuts.
Among the varieties of pies, mousses, and sweet delights, the highlights go to the guava tapioca with curds cheese.
